Klasické ztvárnění odrůdy Sauvignon Blanc z údolí Wairau v Marlborough, které překypuje aromatickými tóny tropického ovoce typickými pro tuto teplejší podoblast. Toto víno se vyznačuje výraznými vůněmi černého rybízu, maracuji a zralého melounu. Na patře nabízí lákavou paletu zralých citrusových plodů v kombinaci s pronikavými bylinkami, jako je čerstvý rozmarýn, a v závěru se projevuje jemnou kyselinou. Pozdější dozrávání vinice Laugesson v horní části údolí Waihopai hraje v tomto víně klíčovou roli a přispívá k pronikavé vůni tóny zralé maracuji a v chuti tropickým ovocem, zatímco vinice Hocquard v dolní části údolí Wairau dodává svěžest a zelenější thiolové tóny.
